CMSL Central Province 6s day
Crystal Martin Galagedara , Dambulla and Kanthale factories hosted a 6s Day event . This event mainly focused on the LEAN methodology of improving efficiency and effectiveness by organizing and maintaining a clean, high-performance office environment. The Six S’s stand for Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety.
The day included,
- Demonstrations of what success with each “S” looks like.
- Creative presentations from Departments about “what 6s is for us”.
- Red Tag activity which included a Red tag trolly and a Red Tag area.
- 6s awareness programmes.
- Fun activities and games followed by valuable gifts to all participants.
