As an organization which invests a lot on human development & empowerment through different kinds of trainings, it was really challenging for us to continue that since the Covid-19 restrictions came in to play.
When many companies were starting to give up on trainings due to such restrictions, we as an innovative organization started to find alternative and innovative ways to continue this to make our valued employees stay updated and empowered.
The option that was chosen for this purpose was the E-Learning concept which was highly demanded in the world since the pandemic started to impact the entire educational industry. Even though we had to make a large investment on it, the management decided to move forward as our desire was to provide the best to our employees.
As a result of some sleepless nights and many ideas of many around the company, the dream came a reality on 7th January 2021 with the launch of first ever E-Learning Mobile flat form in the industry
