Crystal SEED Program
Continuing to grow on the Crystal SEED Program (Skill Enhancement and Employee Development program) Internal Trainer refresher session was held on the 7th of April 2022 in the sites of Galagedara , Dambulla and Kanthale.
6 Trainers were validated for the Crystal SEED program.
As the first validations, these empowered trainers are set to make the whole program a huge success.
