Since the launching of the Crystal E – Learning app, the access to knowledge is at the fingertips of our valued team mates.
Crystal SEED is a video-based learning program which is specially designed for female employees of our Crystal family with the objective of empowering them.
The program contains valuable topics such as

- Problem solving
- Team work
- Time management
- Personal Hygiene
- Health care
- Legal literacy
The first roll out of Crystal SEED program started at Crystal Martin Katunayake and it will be rolled out to our other CMSL sites in the near future.
