Empowering Trainers
Following the Crystal SEED Programme (Skill Enhancement and Employee Development programme) Internal Trainer refresher session was held on the 10th of March 2022 in the sites of Katunayake , Malwatta and Wathupitiwala.
3 Master trainers and 10 Trainers were validated for the Crystal SEED programme.
As the first validations, these empowered trainers are set to make the whole programme a huge success.
