Lean Belt Graduation – Katunayake
A set of certified lean change agents were released for a mission in our Katunayake Facility recently. Around 83 members were awarded belts from white to green during the ceremony.
These are some initiatives that we take in order to make the best processes with least wastages to provide the best products to our valuable customers.
